Our upcoming Dinner Theatre production at Raheen House Hotel on 9th – 11th December is Marc Camoletti’s hilarious mile-high comedy “Boeing Boeing” directed by Amanda Kirwan. Amanda is a well-known and well-loved member of our guild, who has entertained Clonmel audiences in both leading r
oles and director in the past.
“Boeing Boeing” is set in the 1960s and swinging bachelor Bernard couldn’t be happier: a flat in Paris and three gorgeous air-hostesses all engaged to him without knowing about each other. But Bernard’s perfect life gets bumpy when his friend Robert comes to stay and a new and speedier Boeing jet throws off all of his careful planning. Soon all three air-hostesses are in town simultaneously, timid Robert is forgetting which lies to tell to whom, and catastrophe looms. A riotous farce that recently enjoyed hit revivals in London and New York; Boeing Boeing is now set to arrive in Clonmel, so fasten your seat belts!
Tickets are currently on sale in Marian’s Bookshop, Clonmel, with a limited number available online on this website. The raffle on the opening night is in aid of St Vincent de Paul.
