In spite of Covid 19, the guild are delighted to produce a radio play for the Christmas season. Artistic Director Jim Malone invited Catherine McVicker to direct Charles Dickens classic play “A Christmas Carol”. Given current government guidelines about meeting in groups, we couldn’t rehearse in person, but that didnt stop us. We embraced modern technology and rehearsals took place in the virtural world. We had a few hicups on the first night, but it was plain sailing after that.

All the cast really enjoyed the experience and hopefully this won’t be the last time we produce a play for radio.
